CWP will installed base on ionCube file on your server, so if you want to update ionCube version, download new file from https://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
Extract all file into /usr/local/ioncube/.
After that all, you can install or remove ionCube as simple as once click command from here
You can check if ionCube installed and what version it is, by run this command on your cwp terminal
